Job summary

Tech9, headquartered in Burr Ridge, IL, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support field service technicians and deliver quality service to clients. You will schedule service calls, maintain client communications, and ensure data integrity in our service system.

You will also process repair claims, manage parts replenishment and invoicing under Print Management and Service Agreements, and assist with light shipping and database updates. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to 3 years+ related experience in customer service, billing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls to Field Service Technicians and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain ongoing communications with current clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame.
