Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a friendly Client Services Host to join our team. The role is full-time and requires weekend/evening shifts.

You will manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, upsell services, estimate costs, and help keep the shop clean and welcoming.

We offer competitive pay of $17.50/hour and a benefits package for full-time staff in a supportive, lively environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As clients inquire about services, you provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling an appointment.
• You also help with general cleaning to keep our retail space looking great.
