Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a full-time Client Services Host. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule treatments, and provide accurate cost estimates while promoting our services.

A cheerful, team-oriented attitude helps ensure a smooth daily operation in a busy barbershop environment. This role requires weekend/evening availability and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule treatments, and respond to questions to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Promote Floyd's services and upsell treatments or products when possible.
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling an appointment.
• Help with general cleaning to keep the retail space presentable.
