You will promote services, provide cost estimates and wait times, upsell where appropriate, and help keep the shop clean and welcoming for every guest. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in retail, hospitality, or beauty.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, over phone and in person.
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; confidentiality maintained.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule treatments, and respond to questions.
• Promote services and upsell treatments or products when possible.
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling.
• Help with general cleaning to keep the retail space inviting.
