Floyd's 99 Barbershop is hiring a full-time Front Desk Host to be the welcoming, detail-oriented face of our shop. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and relay messages for staff while contributing to a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.

You’ll engage customers with pricing information, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain cleanliness and order. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication over the phone and in person.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and taking messages for staff.
• Provide pricing information and upsell treatments or products when possible.
• Generate quotes and estimate wait times; assist with general cleaning duties.
• Maintain a positive, seamless retail environment at Floyd's 99 Barbershop.
