Johnson Controls in Milwaukee is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion, optimize technician scheduling, and improve profitability through efficient resource use.

You will partner with district management to ensure timely service delivery, monitor performance, resolve or escalate issues, and maintain clear communication with customers and field teams. Associates degree preferred; 2–4 years in service operations is ideal.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
