Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Service Dispatch Scheduler to manage service calls and coordinate technician schedules. You will ensure timely maintenance, debrief field staff daily, and work with billing and support teams to advance jobs through processes.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with tact and persistence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Strong organization and detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch customer service calls under supervision.
• Coordinate technician and mechanic schedules to meet PM goals.
• Debrief daily with field personnel and resolve concerns promptly.
• Track time, expenses and timesheets in the system and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with planning meetings and time/reporting processes as needed.
