Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Scheduler in Arlington Heights, IL to manage scheduled and urgent service requests. You will coordinate technician schedules, relay plans to customers, and ensure completion within agreed timelines, while maintaining accurate job records and ongoing communication with clients.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of service scheduling.
• Associates degree preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service.
• Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians to the appropriate customer and service needs.
• Communicates the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.
• Ensures work has been performed to the customer’s expectations and performs follow-up with the customer, as needed.
• Answers customer inquiries and resolves or escalates customer issues as appropriate.
• Debrief activities daily.
• Maintains daily technician schedules and ensures timely updates.
• Reviews and corrects unassociated time for timesheets.
