Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer requests for service.
• Coordinates labor scheduling for technicians.
• Communicates the action plan and services to the customer.
• Ensures work meets customer expectations and follows up as needed.
• Answers customer inquiries and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Debriefs activities daily.
• Maintains daily schedules and communicates with Technicians.
• Ensures completion within established timeframes.
• Keeps customer account information up to date in NxGen.
• Supports service visits, parts ordering, and start-up activities.
• Reviews timesheets and reconciles exceptions.
• Attends weekly planning meetings.
• Assist with time and expense reporting.
