Akkodis is seeking a Client Services Data Analytics Process Manager for a Direct-Hire position with a client located in Winston-Salem, NC (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $100,000 to $110,000 + 15% bonus. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:

The Client Services Process Manager will support a team of Payment Specialists who serve as the primary point of contact for clients' payment system support needs, coordinating with other operations teams to fulfill client needs. The role involves owning the delivery of a high-profile, bespoke component of our product offering, and overseeing efforts to improve processing efficiency and operational effectiveness, ensuring high-touch, personalized service for clients.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 5-10 years of practical work experience
  • Relevant experience in Banking or Financial institutions is strongly preferred
  • Availability to provide coverage when needed and work weekends
  • Experience working in Mainframe and Windows distributed systems environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of clearing and settlement functions
  • Operations background with knowledge of processing, settlement, reporting, and regulatory rules
  • Ability to maintain formal operations and procedural documentation
  • Banking systems experience in batch and real-time processing
  • Business knowledge of credit/debit cards and industry standards like EMV
  • Knowledge of banking and EFT payments systems to assist clients
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with automation tools like Power Automate is a plus
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver a complex, bespoke process central to product delivery
  • Manage multiple initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Execute monthly reports for management and clients
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and new product launches
  • Cross-train team members for backup support
