Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional.

You will schedule appointments, help meet client needs in person, over the phone, or virtually, and keep the office organized. Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment is ideal, with flexibility to work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
