You will schedule appointments and help ensure client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually, while keeping the office organized alongside team members. Ideal candidates can thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
