Responsibilities

• Contribute to renewal processes by delivering timely solutions to clients.
• Support New Business activity via handling new applications and preparing proposals.
• Process certificates of insurance and keep client and policy data up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and service standards.
• Utilize Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure they feel supported.
