Job summary

CityVet Surprise is looking for a Client Service Specialist to be the clinic’s first contact, delivering a welcoming, efficient experience for every client and pet. You will manage appointment check-ins and bookings, prioritize schedules, and support discharge information across grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician visits, boarding and retail.

You’ll greet clients, handle delays, and keep the lobby running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, new bookings, and discharge info for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, technician appointments, boarding, and retail.
• Understand, communicate, and properly prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic by opening the door, checking patients in, notifying delays, caring for clients during their wait, and alerting staff of arrival.
