Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You’ll work with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, strengthen relationships, and drive value in every interaction. The role emphasizes renewals, risk management, and collaboration across the organization.

You’ll mentor teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and use Gallagher’s systems to improve productivity and service quality. This hybrid role offers growth and meaningful client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and tailor solutions for clients.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely responses.
• Support client risk management through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Leverage Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Handle multiple priorities to meet client expectations and deadlines.
