Job summary

Gallagher is looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team in New York. You will work with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, strengthen relationships, and ensure high-value service in every interaction.

You’ll manage renewals, mentor teammates, and uphold compliance, while leveraging Gallagher’s digital tools to enhance productivity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive cross-sell of services.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier partner relationships with timely responses.
