Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles is beneficial.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients on wellness plans.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, intake, and pet history data entry.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions and sell retail items.
• Assist with scheduling future appointments and invoices.
• Support opening/closing procedures and basic financial tasks.
