Job summary
Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to streamline the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, enhance client communication, and support the veterinary team in delivering excellent care. You will promote Optimum Wellness Plans, greet clients and pets, complete intake, and schedule appointments while assisting with invoices and product sales.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year related experience preferred.
- Medical background (veterinary, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) preferred.
- Fluent English communication required.
Responsibilities
- Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
- Promote hospital services and wellness plans to clients.
- Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about pet health, preventative care, and services.
- Assist with intake, records, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling of appointments.
- Support finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
