Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client flow, educate clients on wellness plans, and ensure efficient, welcoming service. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, and invoicing while supporting the veterinary team.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, multi-tasking ability, and comfortable computer skills, enabling excellent customer service and accurate record keeping in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation and entering pet information.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets.
