Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in client services or hospital/clinic setting is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Guide the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Assist with documentation, pet history entry and scheduling of appointments.
• Handle cashiering, opening/closing procedures, and basic administrative tasks.
