Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead the Commercial team, delivering exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions to clients. You will work with senior leaders and clients to build relationships, solve complex challenges, and add value at every interaction.

You will mentor colleagues, drive renewals for complex accounts, identify growth opportunities, ensure compliance, and leverage Gallagher technology to boost efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience with shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset across Gallagher teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead renewal processes and strategy for complex accounts.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and cross-sell services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with carriers.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team through consultative risk management.
• Mentor team members and support professional development.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee client and policy data accuracy using Gallagher systems.
