Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing Site Services professional to manage site operations, device maintenance, and inventory across client locations. You will ensure service quality and coordinate with the client and staff to meet account requirements.

The role requires an HS Diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. OT may be required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary for travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with policy compliance, including COVID-19 measures.
• Anticipated hourly rate: $17.20–$23.37 per hour.
• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• May require OT and driving between client locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Maintain high level of customer service.
• Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to record account processes.
• Oversee workflow and balance staff to meet SLA requirements.
• Train team on workflow or procedural changes.
• Maintain daily/monthly service activity records.
• Communicate effectively with client and staff.
• May serve as main client contact for daily activity and meetings.
• Cover various service areas as needed.
• Attend cross-functional trainings for coverage when short-staffed.
