Job summary

Guidepoint in Boston seeks an Associate on the Client Service team to deliver top‑tier client experiences by matching clients with the right experts from Guidepoint’s global network.

You will recruit new experts, conduct targeted research across public sources, lead outreach, and prepare expert profiles for client projects, in a hybrid, fast‑paced environment.

Base salary is $70,000 with a bonus up to $4,000; successful associates may advance to Project Manager with higher pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, data quality, and human judgment.
• Curiosity about emerging technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network.
• Identify relevant experts using targeted research across public sources.
• Lead cold outreach and vetting conversations with experts.
• Prepare high-quality profiles for client consideration.
• Define sourcing strategies for each client request.
• Manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
