Guidepoint’s Client Service team connects consultancies with subject-matter experts to inform business decisions. The Associate role focuses on identifying and recruiting experts, conducting targeted research, and vetting conversations to build high-quality profiles for clients.

The position is hybrid with three days in the office, offering a base salary of $60,000 plus a up-to-$4,000 annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package aimed at career development and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools for research and written communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts for client consultations via targeted research.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening conversations with experts.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with tight deadlines.
