Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate in Client Service to connect investment firms with expert networks. You will learn to assess client needs, identify top experts, and recruit new advisors into Guidepoint’s global network.

The role blends research, outreach, and candidate evaluation in a dynamic, results-driven environment. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office, competitive base pay, and a potential growth path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3.0 GPA or higher required.
• Internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience.
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization and written communication.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Independently conduct targeted research across public sources to identify relevant experts.
• Lead cold outreach, vetting, and screening conversations to assess fit for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies based on client requests, urgency, and target profiles.
• Manage multiple client requests with high-quality execution under tight deadlines.
