Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Scheduler to plan and optimize service and inspections work. The role ensures all customer commitments are met for service delivery, routing jobs to technicians by skills, territory, and availability.

The incumbent will communicate with customers, resolve scheduling issues, and monitor branch performance. Training will be on-site full-time; after training, a hybrid work arrangement may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience with ACE/Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service and inspections using Oracle ACE.
• Assign inspections to technicians based on skills, territories, availability and proximity.
• Communicate and resolve scheduling issues with customers and field personnel.
• Monitor branch activity and identify areas for improvement with management.
• Reassign work to meet customer expectations and priorities.
• Resolve billing questions after repairs.
