You’ll help schedule appointments, support services across in‑person, phone, and virtual channels, and keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
