Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, connect them with the right tax professional, and schedule appointments. You will help ensure all client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules and multiple locations may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
