Job summary

Canon USA in Irvine, CA is seeking a customer-facing, on-site teammate to ensure prompt delivery of services and high customer satisfaction. You will handle mail/courier tasks, reception duties, and site coverage across related services, with flexibility to move between client locations as needed.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent,基本 computer skills, and the ability to multitask, lift up to 50 lbs, and work OT as needed. A valid driver's license with a clean record may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT availability may be required.
• May require driving between multiple client locations with a valid license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receive, sort, deliver, and track mail, courier items, and interoffice communications.
• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns and respond to requests via multiple channels.
• Prepare and maintain site procedures and related documentation as needed.
• Perform site coverage duties including print/copy production, mail/courier, reception, shipping/receiving based on location.
