Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a hands-on on-site associate for mail/courier and office services at multiple client locations in the United States. The role emphasizes prompt, accurate handling of mail, courier items, and customer inquiries while supporting site procedures and coverage across functions.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to drive between locations with a valid license. OT may be required, and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Must be able to drive between client locations with valid license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach and pull for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
• Strong focus on providing good customer service.
• Contributes to the creation of Site Procedure Guide to document processes.
• Handle Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse, File Room as needed.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client/division needs.
• Handle Mail/Courier duties: receiving, sorting, delivering, tracking courier items, interoffice mail, USPS mail.
• Researches and routes unidentified mail, logs and tracks items, responds to requests, performs routine upkeep of equipment.
• Record and track customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
