Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Client Service Representative I to deliver prompt on-site support and customer service. You will handle mail and courier duties, reception tasks, and various site services as needed.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED and less than one year of related experience, with ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and work OT as required. Some travel to client locations may be necessary, with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
• May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor promptly of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering quality customer service.
• Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to document account processes.
• Handle Mail/Courier Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory, or related tasks as assigned.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage location may change based on client needs.
