Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is hiring a Client Service I Representative- Mailroom in Oaks, PA. This on-site role focuses on prompt mail handling, courier services, shipping/receiving, and inventory support to ensure customer satisfaction. It requires a HS diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in OT as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle mail, courier, and interoffice communications promptly and accurately.
• Receive, log, deliver, and track courier items and mail.
• Ship and receive packages, verify shipments, and maintain records.
• Monitor inventory movement and assist with physical inventories.
• Operate shipping/receiving equipment and maintain documentation.
• Support site procedures and cross-functional coverage as needed.
