Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing on-site team member to support multiple client locations in Colorado Springs. You will handle front-desk and operations tasks, ensuring timely delivery of mail, couriers, and related services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites. OT may be required; full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive between client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication.
• Provides excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Contributes to site procedures and records account processes.
• Covers various site duties (copy/print, mail, reception, shipping, inventory) as needed.
• Attends cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
