Job summary

Canon USA is hiring for a customer-facing, on-site role in San Jose, CA. You will handle courier, mail, reception, and related office services, ensuring prompt, accurate processing and strong customer service. Expect potential travel between client locations and ability to lift up to 50lbs.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED with under one year of related experience, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work OT. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• May need a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor promptly of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text and verbal communication.
• Provide strong customer service and support.
• Assist in creating or following site procedures to record account processes.
• Support various onsite services including Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier, Reception and Shipping/Receiving as assigned.
• Attend cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when staff is short-handed.
• Maintain site responsibility and adapt to changes in client needs.
