Analysts collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams to build communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, delivering timely client outcomes.

New joiners participate in a structured induction, enterprise onboarding, mentorship, and meaningful project work designed to develop core business acumen

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience or coursework related to client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.
• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.
• Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.
