Job summary

BNY's 2027 Analyst Program – Client Service in Pittsburgh offers hands-on exposure to client support, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement through rotations across business, operations and technology teams.

As an analyst, you will build communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills to deliver timely, accurate client outcomes while developing a comprehensive understanding of BNY's client service model.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree with focus on business or technology preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status in the country of applying.

Responsibilities

• Support resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with partners to closure.
• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to identify improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates for clients.
• Collaborate across operations, service, and relationship teams to ensure clear communication and next steps.
