Job summary

BNY Mellon’s 2027 Client Service Analyst Program offers hands-on exposure to client support, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement. You will work across business, operations and technology teams to deliver timely, accurate client outcomes and build strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This 24-month rotation includes structured onboarding, mentorship, and meaningful project work across practices.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program (business/tech preferred).
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with partners.
• Track service metrics and trends to identify improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and transitions to make it easier for clients to do business.
• Collaborate with operations, service, and relationship teams to maintain clear communication and next steps.
