BNY Mellon is seeking a driven student for its 2027 BNY Analyst Program in Trading. The 24‑month rotation exposes you to trade support, transaction processing, and market workflows, with mentorship and hands‑on projects across teams.

You will monitor activity, support reconciliations and reporting, and analyze data to identify trends, while building a strong foundation in risk controls, accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade activity and review pricing, liquidity, and execution details in a fast-moving environment.
• Support reconciliations, reporting, and control processes that help maintain accuracy and operational integrity.
• Use data and tools to identify trends, investigate exceptions, and support performance analysis.
• Gain exposure to how markets, trading workflows, and risk controls connect across teams and systems.
