Job summary

BNY is seeking a high-potential participant for the 2027 Analyst Program in the Office of the CFO - Delivery. You will rotate through projects that connect strategy to execution, learning to map value streams, support PI planning, and manage milestones, capacity, risks, and issues with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Operations, plus the use of AI-enabled tools to drive smarter decisions and improved delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree in business or technology.
• Graduating in 2026 or 2027; GPA 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Map delivery journeys by detailing processes and value streams.
• Support PI and delivery planning; connect work to OKRs and track milestones.
• Summarize delivery data and generate actionable insights with AI tools.
• Coordinate intake, priorities and dependencies across teams.
• Create clear delivery health updates for leaders; highlight risks and outcomes.
• Help shape playbooks and standards for consistent delivery at scale.
