BNY offers a 24-month rotational Analyst Program in the Office of the CFO - Finance & Strategy. You will gain firsthand experience in strategic financial operations within a global financial institution and be embedded in teams supporting financial integrity, growth, and efficiency across the enterprise.

You will participate in onboarding, meaningful project work, mentorship, and cross-practice exposure designed to build core business and financial services skills for long-term career success.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work across teams to drive business impact.
