Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking talented undergraduates for its 2027 Analyst Program in People, Engagement, and Impact. The program provides a 24-month rotational experience across governance, employee relations, public policy, and community impact, with hands-on projects and mentorship.

You will gain exposure to enterprise onboarding, data-driven people strategies, and the use of AI to streamline communications and knowledge work within a global corporate affairs context.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with emphasis on business or technology.
• Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum GPA 3.0 or better.

Responsibilities

• Support priorities across governance, employee relations, public policy, government affairs, and philanthropy.
• Analyze onboarding and employee experiences using feedback and insights.
• Test pilots of generative AI tools to enhance operations and communications.
• Build dashboards tracking engagement trends, exit patterns, learning participation, and community impact.
• Assist talent mobility by matching employees to roles/projects based on skills.
• Run pulse surveys and focus groups; synthesize insights to inform people strategies.
• Create toolkits and digital materials to help employees navigate change.
• Research future skills and external trends to inform workforce strategy and policy.
