Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking ambitious undergraduates entering the 2027 Analyst Program focused on People, Engagement, and Impact. You'll participate in a 24-month rotation, with onboarding, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to drive employee experience and governance initiatives.

Analysts will work on dashboards, surveys, and AI-enabled tools to support talent mobility, stakeholder engagement, and policy developments within a global corporate affairs framework.

Qualifications

• Experience with analyzing workforce data and turning insights into action.
• Ability to create dashboards and use employee feedback to inform strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Support priorities across people governance, employee relations, policy, and philanthropy.
• Analyze onboarding, mobility, and employee experiences to improve outcomes.
• Assist pilots of generative AI tools to enhance operations and internal communications.
• Build or refine dashboards tracking engagement, learning, and employee relations metrics.
• Assist in talent mobility initiatives to match employees to roles and projects.
• Coordinate pulse surveys and focus groups to gather actionable insights.
• Develop toolkits and digital materials to navigate organizational change.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform skills frameworks and workforce strategy.
