Job summary

McCarter & English, LLP is seeking a Client Reporting Specialist who may be based in any of our office locations. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure outside counsel guideline (OCG) billing compliance and to develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and other insight tools for clients and firm management.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of quantitative, analytical experience and familiarity with legal dispute lifecycles or complex litigation

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of full-time quantitative, analytical experience.
• Fluency in legal dispute lifecycles and litigation workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the firm and clients to ensure adherence to outside counsel guidelines.
• Review time and cost entries for invoicing and coordinate with staff to ensure compliance.
• Gather data, maintain data integrity, and provide reports and insights to clients and firm management.
• Support development of reports and tools to aid data-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to tailor report methodologies.
