Job summary

Gallagher in Batavia, NY is seeking a Client Service Manager II to strengthen client relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll guide renewal processes, mentor teammates, and help secure existing business while exploring opportunities for additional services.

You’ll collaborate across Gallagher’s Commercial team, maintain accurate client data, and use our technology to enhance productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service or claims experience OR High School with 3+ years.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by compiling information, analyzing needs and delivering tailored coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and service.
• Support the team in client risk management through consultative conversations and strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher’s systems and perform audits.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Mentor junior team members with constructive feedback and growth.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
