Ascensus is seeking a senior relationship manager to serve as the primary contact for elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors. You will coordinate with sales, service, and operations to ensure a high-quality service experience, retention, and product adoption.

Responsibilities include managing confidential client data, driving coordination across Ascensus departments, and identifying opportunities for expanded services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in retirement services or related field preferred.
• 5+ years direct client relationship experience in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Serve as focal point for big and elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.
• Provide consultative advice and coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to retain plans.
• Promote plan retention through ownership, troubleshooting and proactive problem resolution.
• Develop relationships with senior-level decision makers and educate about products and services.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and coordinate with client contacts to optimize plan design.
