Ascensus is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to serve elite advisors and clients. You will protect confidential data, analyze plans, and drive organic growth by delivering strategic consultative solutions and cross-sell opportunities.

You will meet with executives to educate on retirement plan platforms, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a superior client experience, supporting overall retention and wallet share growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in retirement services or financial services.
• Experience managing direct client relationships within financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage elite advisor relationships and grow book of business.
• Meet with C-Level executives to educate and inform strategies.
• Communicate platform rollouts and provide training.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize plan performance.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to support advisors and clients.
• Prepare customized reporting for clients (AFCA, Plan Illustrator, Fiduciary Benchmark).
