Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, gather client information, analyze needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify coverage gaps, review claims, secure existing business and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners with timely responses.
• Support team with consultative risk management conversations and strategies.
• Mentor team members through delegating tasks, feedback, and professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations on time.
