Job summary

Rea Information Services is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for assigned clients, developing lasting relationships, cybersecurity strategy, and IT budgets. You will collaborate with engineers and the services delivery team to drive projects from start to finish and renew contracts while expanding the sales pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to translate client needs into effective IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, business, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of successful sales/customer management experience within the information technology industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (client sites and meetings).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for assigned clients and grow relationships.
• Develop cybersecurity strategy, IT budgets, operational plans, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, managed services, and technical resources to deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to renew contracts and sell new engagements.
• Document client interactions and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
• Partner with leadership to identify market expansion opportunities and speaking engagements.
