Job summary

Rea offers trusted IT services as part of its information technology and cybersecurity practice. The Client Relationship Manager will lead account management for assigned clients, collaborating with engineers and the delivery team to grow recurring revenue through strategic reviews and solution proposals.

You will develop relationships, assess client needs, and guide projects from proposal to delivery, including quarterly business reviews, KPIs, and renewals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, business or similar field.
Minimum 7–10 years of successful sales/customer management experience within the information technology industry.

Responsibilities

Liaise between client and technicians for complex issues and review SLAs.
Lead quarterly business reviews and assess cyber security risks.
Develop proposals, manage client implementations from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and renewals.
