Job summary

Rea & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, guiding cyber security strategy, IT budgets, and operational plans aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with engineers and the delivery team to expand recurring revenue and pursue new project engagements. In this role, you will conduct quarterly business reviews, manage CRM data, and partner with leadership to identify market expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, business, or similar field, or equivalent work experience with certifications.
• Minimum 7–10 years of sales/customer management in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account management contact for assigned clients, developing lasting relationships and strategic IT plans.
• Collaborate with engineers and delivery teams to sell and grow the pipeline, renew contracts, and lead project engagements.
• Maintain client satisfaction through quarterly business reviews, KPI tracking, and proactive.solution proposals.
